hi all
in the christman hol's sometime i watched a programme about a martial arts docramentry
i would love to watch it again only problem is i dont know what its called
All the info i can give is: The ppl practising it were in a temple in the mountains,
a VERY old woman like 100 odd i think, was talking to the camera in chinese and a person was translating it,
and also a man in his 50/60's kind of did a flat hand blow to another younger man and that person acctually flew back
and the last bit of info is that a little girl was there and her parents were somewhere else and she used a crew members mobile to call home.

that all i can give i hop you know what the programme is
thanks

Could be National Geographic programme. Its' the story of an adopted Chinese girl who could not get along with her adopted father. So her adopted mother who really loved her, sent her to Wudang Mountain to learn martial arts practised by the Daoist (Taoist). Their most famous fighting form is Taiji (Tai Chi).
