Capoeira seems to be getting fashionable these days. It was featured a lot in Atlas: Brazil Revealed. I love the way the martial arts is done and the people all dressed in white makes it look even cooler.

Has anyone actually tried Capoeira? Anyone has any experience to share on it if its easy to practice?

I recently watched a jap variety show and they had capoeira performers and they gave tips and taught a couple of moves, like putting your hand on the floor, lifting both legs and kicking in the air. Amazingly this male show host could practice the move on 1st try!!

I'd love to learn, although I think it'd go crazy with that constant drumbeat.
