Many Electrons Strike At The T.V Screen From A Cathode Ray.The Charge Bulid Up On Screen Is Grounded By A Conducting Paint Through A Wire.If This Wire Is Damaged Or Removed A Deadly Charge Will Build Up On The Screen And A Person Touching The Screen Would Get A Fatal Shock.

Touching the glass of a TV with or without the aquadag/graphite coating being grounded will NOT give you a shock, fatal or otherwise. The glass is more than adequate to insulate to hundreds of kilovolts - and some.
However, if you throw tinsel at the TV screen and then turn the TV off and then try to remove the tinsel you will usually get quite a hefty zap of "static". Only works with CRT of course |

Yes, It Is Definitely Possible And I Would Totally Agree With The Myth.
