Hi, I'm a avid fan of Discovery Channel programmes. As a Social Phobic myself, I find that help isn't readily avaliable and many people out there doesn't know of the existence of this painful illness that really, really disrupts your affective life. Why am I posting this? I don't know but somehow I believe someone out there or Discovery Channel can even help a tiny weeny bit, maybe raise some awareness of rarely discussed mental illnesses/ phobias.
