Something is terribly wrong here...

People (including me) are asking questions in this forum which staff in Singapore could answer easily. This is what this forum is for. Why they don't do it? Do some people have to call from the edge of the worldto Singapore????

forums are used for discussion amongst us, not for posting questions to the staff.. or have discussions with them. otherwise why bother to put a contact us link on the site?

I'm an avid forum user and the purpose of a forum is to allow users to exchange their ideas and thoughts and to raise questions, hoping that some other forum users can answer them. Basically, its a discussion board, not a FAQ or Q&A place. If you have any programme-related questions, you should email them @ WebMaster_SEAsia@discovery.com.
